Course Overview:
The Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) Programme is designed to develop individuals capable of driving organisational learning and compliance with skills development legislation in South Africa. This course provides a comprehensive understanding of the Skills Development Act, the National Skills Development Strategy, and the pivotal role of the SDF in coordinating Workplace Skills Plans (WSPs), Annual Training Reports (ATRs), and facilitating learnerships and training interventions.
The training covers conducting skills audits, identifying training needs, liaising with SETAs, and supporting the implementation of education and training initiatives that align with BBBEE and WSP/ATR submission deadlines. SDFs become valuable strategic partners in workforce development and transformation.
