Course Overview:
This course is designed to develop the essential skills required to facilitate learning using a wide range of methodologies. Key modules include preparation for facilitation, the use of adult learning principles, delivering training, managing group dynamics, and evaluating learning outcomes.
Participants will engage in simulations, role-playing, and interactive teaching strategies to build confidence in delivering impactful sessions. The programme emphasizes practical application and prepares candidates to facilitate accredited learning programmes in accordance with SAQA and SETA standards.
